2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

4. DELIVERY TERMS

The product(s) will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the BUYER during the order process.

Delivery will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date the order confirmation is sent to the BUYER.

Delivery will not be made to areas where the shipping company does not deliver.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the product is delivered to the BUYER.

7. PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return procedures must be carried out by the BUYER, specifying the order number, and a return form must be completed.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the SELLER in case of exercising the right of withdrawal; in case of non-defective exchanges, they are the responsibility of the BUYER. 8. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

9. AUTHORIZED AUTHORITIES IN CASE OF DISPUTE

In the application of this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

10. EFFECTIVE DATE

The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement when placing an order through the website. This agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically.
